1. Participation Confirmation: By signing this contract, the participant agrees to participate in the Supply Security Defence
Exhibition on the specified dates.
2. Exhibition Space:
a) The organizer will allocate exhibition space based on the selected package and availability. The final floor plan will be
provided 1 month ahead of the Expo.
b) The participant will organize the set up of their booth within 2 days prior to the SSD Expo and take down withing 1 day of
the SSD Expo.
3.Payment Terms: Payment for the selected package must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice provided
by the organizer.
4.Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizer. Cancellations made after 01.03.2025 will incur a
cancellation fee.
5.Liability:
a) The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to the participant’s property during the exhibition.
b) The participant is solely responsible for the safety of their assets brought to the exhibition grounds.
c) The participant is responsible for their products safety to the visitors and public and use all precautions necessary to
maintain safe environment at the SSD Expo grounds.
6.Marketing Materials:
a) The participant grants permission for the organizer to use their organization’s name and logo for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.
b) The participant can order for additional fee marketing materials from the organizer and organizers partners 1 month ahead
of the Expo.
7.Indemnification: The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any claims arising out of their
participation in the exhibition.
8.Governing Law: This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction.
